Can you believe we have only 2 more weeks left in Spring Sprint?! Time is flying by. Everyone has been doing a fantastic job and we wanted to give you a little update on the progress.
Even though we’ve only seen about half of the participants for their second assessment, to date, together we’ve lost over 40 pound of fat in only 4 short weeks!! We are so proud of you and hope you are as proud of yourselves. If you have yet to do your second assessment, see Josh. We can’t wait see the number of pounds drop even more!
So far 29 people have earned their Results Fitness sweat towel by attending 13 or more classes during 4 weeks.
On a serious note, if you are not making the progress you would like to but are consistently attending class – start tracking your food. Keep in mind the 5 nutrition habits Josh outlined in our seminar. We still have handouts in the office, so come see us if you need one. As we review everything we’ve notice a few people are not consuming enough calories for how active they are. Make sure you eat enough! Your body will not respond favorably over the long term when you increase activity level but reduce calorie intake. As long as they are nutrient rich quality calories, active ladies should be eating around 1700-2000 calories and men should be around 2200-2500.
